• 🏆 How to win
Two teams take turns. On your turn, move one worm and fire one shot. A worm is out when its health hits 0, or when it falls into the water or off the side of the island. Knock out every enemy worm: the last team with a worm still standing wins.
• Move with the joystick: sideways walks, up jumps. Keep it up (or hold JUMP) and your worm jumps again at the top: a double jump. Dig: push the joystick down (or tap DIG, or G), then the joystick tunnels through the ground in any direction, slower than crawling. Dirt overhead protects you from blasts. Aim by tapping the map, or press on your worm and pull back like a slingshot: let go to shoot, and a longer pull shoots harder. Drag sideways anywhere else to look around. Fire: press the Fire button, click the map (web) or double-tap the map (phone); hold it to power up, release to shoot.
• Market wind: the chart at the top moves one candle every turn. Green candles blow right, red candles blow left.
• $CWORM coins: blast or dig up the coins buried in the dirt and hit enemies to earn $CWORM. Tap a weapon showing a price to buy it. These are in-game points only, not real tokens, and can't be withdrawn.
• Market events can strike between turns: Bull Run, Halving, Rug Pull, Flash Crash and Airdrop Season.
• After turn 20 the Bear Market starts and the liquidity pool rises every turn.
• No walls: walk or get blown off either side of the island and your worm is gone. Buried items hide under the faint ? marks in the dirt: dig into one or blast it open. The Earthquake Generator shakes the whole island; you can also find an Old Landmine, a Lost Hardware Wallet (+30 $CWORM play money), a Weapon Cache or a Buried Medkit. Hungry vulture: if your worm neither moves nor shoots during its whole turn, a vulture swoops down and eats it.
• Maps: the Moon has low gravity, and on the Cold Wallet ice worms slide. Red barrels and gas tanks explode when a blast reaches them.
• Moon Boots: tap Fire to put them on, then hold Fire to fly and steer with the arrows. You can still shoot after landing.
• Campaign: 48 missions in 12 worlds, first on the Road to the Moon, then on to Mars. Every level is a bit harder than the last. Each one is a battle with a twist: a turn limit, a weapon limit, a worm to protect or a Bear raid to survive. A giant boss with a special move ends every world. Stars: one for the win, one for winning within the turn target, one for losing no worm.
• Special weapons: Mole Bomb, Pump Geyser, Quake Charge, Bug Bounty, Bitcoin Bomb, Diamond Drill and Black Hole unlock as you clear campaign levels 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 and 20. Then you can buy them in battles too. The Pump Geyser sinks into the ground and erupts, throwing every worm above it sky high. Bug Bounty lets loose six termites that tunnel to the nearest enemies.
• FUD Punch: a boxing glove on a spring that knocks a worm next to you flying. Miss, and it springs back into your own face.
• Toxic Fart: no aiming, just press FIRE. A green cloud hurts every enemy right next to your worm, more the closer they are. Your own team is safe. Falling never costs health.
• Kittens and puppies wander the island. Blast one and it isn't hurt, it gets furious: it leaps at your worm, starts a brawl and takes 15 health off you.
• Daily missions and wins earn stars ★. Stars unlock hats for your team.
• $CWORM wallet: every match banks the coins your worms gather, plus bonuses for wins, missions and campaign stars. Your total sets your level; the menu shows how much you need for the next one. In-game play money, not real tokens.
• $CWORM store: spend your wallet on hats, worm skins, shot trails and gravestones. Tap an item to try it on, then buy and equip it. One item a day is 30% off, and the best ones need a higher level. Looks only, play money only.
• Keyboard: arrows move and aim, hold Space to fire, Enter jumps, number keys pick weapons.
• The Grapple Hook fires a rope along your aim; a gold mark shows where it will grab. Swing with left and right, climb with up and down, JUMP lets go, FIRE shoots from the rope. One hook per turn, and you can re-fire it until the turn ends. High ground: a shot fired from well above its target does 25% more damage.
• Sky action: the Whale Blimp drifts across the top of the map. Land on its deck with the Grapple Hook or Moon Boots to ride it and shoot from above, or blast the balloon until it pops and rains 40 $CWORM (play money) on your team. Sky crates float down on parachutes: shoot through the parachute and the crate drops straight down.
• Moon Roadster: tap Fire to jump into a rocket car. Drive fast with the arrows, tap JUMP to fire the thrusters and fly over holes (3 hops a ride), and the thrusters brake every fall, so you always land softly. Fire again to get out and shoot.
• Proof of Soul: your worm closes its eyes and floats in a zen pose while its spirit flies through walls to the enemy you aim at and haunts it (8 hits of 5). Wormhole: tap any spot on the map, or move the swirl with the arrows, then press Fire to teleport there. It uses your turn.
• Golazo: kick a football. Every kick is picked at random: a power shot, a banana kick, a chip, a bicycle kick, a knuckleball or a pinball. The ball bounces off the ground, the edges of the map and enemy worms, hurting each enemy it hits, and flies through your own team.
